the room was very clean. i found that acceptable.
The breakfast options for vegetarians were limited, the menu selection was poor, and i expected more from a 4-star hotel. noise above my room disrupted my stay. I specifically requested a quiet room due to a hearing issue but experienced loud footsteps.

early morning noise limited selection
The room i was assigned (an executive twin room) had some issues. the noise from nearby activity was noticeable, particularly early in the morning. also, i found the selection at breakfast to be somewhat limited for the price. Some items seemed to lack freshness.
